rosé
Definition:a light, pink-coloured wine made from black grapesthe colour develops during a speedy pressing of the juice. The longer the maceration, the more intensive the colour. In Austria, the old term "Gleichgepresster" or white-pressed grapes is hardly in use, and in Germany, rosé wines are also known as "Weißherbst".
