The Licensee is obligated to clarify any ambiguities regarding whether a particular use is permitted and/or the correct citation with Austrian Wine before use/publication.

The Licensee shall indemnify and hold Austrian Wine harmless from all third-party claims (in particular from copyright holders) resulting from an infringement of these Licensing Terms. In the event that these Licensing Terms are infringed by the Licensee, the Right to Use the Works is also automatically revoked without any further action required from Austrian Wine.

The content made available by Österreich Wein Marketing GmbH (“Austrian Wine”) on its website (photos, maps, illustrations, logos, brochures, advertising material, text, etc. “Works”) may only be downloaded and used by you in accordance with the following Licensing Terms.
