Austria will also be present, when more than 6,600 exhibitors from all over the world gather at Europe’s most important trade fair for wines and spirits, ProWein in Düsseldorf from 19 to 21 March 2023. 229 Austrian winemakers will present their best wines over three days in order to sustain existing customer contacts and acquire new distributors.

On the seminar area of Austrian Wine, 14 exciting masterclasses will take place around Austria’s wine diversity, presented by high-class speakers such as Gerhard Retter, Anne Krebiehl MW, Sebastian Russold, Willi Schlögl, Marc Almert and many more.

After a long Corona break, the popular themed tastings will once again find their place at the ProWein stand of Austrian Wine. This continuously open discovery tasting bar with a changing program provides additional incentives for the international trade audience to establish business contacts with the 229 Austrian winegrowers present.

Austrian Wine Get-together

Together with the Sommelier Union Deutschland, Austrian Wine invites you to a relaxed get-together under the motto "Matured Austria".

Join us in Hall 5 on Monday, 20 March 2023, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm to taste a bottle of our mature wines and engage in an interesting exchange with wineries, colleagues and guests from the industry.

All exits and cloakrooms will remain open for you until 21:00 pm.

if the data is used for a company folder and on the website of an Austrian winegrower or displayed in specialized weekly or monthly magazines as well as daily newspapers, the permission is granted free of charge; however the reference has to be quoted next to the used document.
In case of a commercial use (advertisement, flyers, commercial websites and online shop, promotion of events etc.) permission is granted exclusively by the AWMB. Please contact the AWMB directly for permission.
