Austrian Wine proves once again during this inspiring online broadcast how well it is combined with Japanese dishes and especially with sushi

For this purpose, Sosuke Okada selects from his book "Boundless: Pairing Austrian Wines with Japanese Sushi & Kaiseki Cuisine" sushi dishes known and available worldwide, which he will combine with Austrian wines. Per dish one wine is presented that pairs very well with it.
