Schwarzenegger to stand in California - Grüner Veltliner rules in New York

Austria’s most typical grape variety, Grüner Veltliner, caused a sensation among the tasters of the NY Times’ panel of experts, which judged it to be a welcome alternative to the usual summer wines, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. The secret is out, and it is no longer only the initiates who know that Austria’s wines are among the best in the world.
